You can easily access your sales receipt in two main ways: first, via email, as a copy of your receipt (or invoice) is sent to the email address you provided immediately after your order is confirmed and paid for (remember to check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it). Second, through your account, if you are a registered customer; simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section, and click on the relevant order number to view, download, or print the full receipt/invoice at any time. Returning an item is easy! To start a return, please visit our dedicated Return and Policy page within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase. Follow the simple, guided steps to select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and further instructions via email.

Yes, we usually do restock popular items! If a product is currently "out of stock," it means we are actively working to bring it back as quickly as possible. We recommend signing up for the "Notify Me When Available" alert directly on the product page or joining our email list; this is the fastest way to get notified the moment the item is restocked. However, please note that some limited-edition or seasonal products may not be restocked once they sell out.

We currently offer shipping to all Emirates within the UAE (United Arab Emirates). During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm delivery. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are constantly working to expand our delivery options in the future!
